Detached double layer frame

Double Layered Frame has become detached. This type of repair involves multiple welding (by spot or laser welding) at 3 or 4 places to secure the frame. Most repairs are typically done with a 3 hour time window. However some metal alloys may require additional time because the material must be soaked and prepared before attempting the welding process. Premature welding attempts without proper preparation will be unsuccessful.
